❓What does it mean when someone is Authentic
➡️ Authenticity means you're true to your own:
💯Personality,
💯Values, and
💯Spirit
➡️ Regardless of the pressure that you're under to act otherwise.
💯 You're honest with yourself and with others.
💯 You take responsibility for your mistakes.
💯 Your values, ideals, and actions align.
🔠 So I jumped on the word of the year train ⤵️
❓Why Authentic
💯 I’m not trying to be all things to all people
💯 Being honest with clients is very important to me and if I have to deliver news that isn’t what they want to hear, I’ll do it rather than avoid
💯 Stopped wearing suits, so I don’t post on social media wearing suits and ties. Maybe an occasion blazer. Jeans only at this point.
💯 Saw people choosing “buzz words” rather than being true to themselves.
💯 Law of attract and repel. Some people will dig that I’m real, others will want someone with a veneer.
⭐️ I’m taking my authentic self and showing it to you in 2024
⭐️ It’s going to be in my personal and business relationships
⭐️ It’s easier to be real than to be fake
⭐️ People want the truth even if it’s not what they were expecting.
