Hi, I’m JB, Founder and Principal of Concierge Wealth Management 👋
For over two decades, I’ve been helping high earners take control of their financial lives with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Whether you’re managing equity compensation, combining finances with a partner, or preparing for a major life event, I help you align your money with your life through a personalized and proactive plan.
My journey began in 2000 with a summer internship at Smith Barney. That experience lit the spark. I went on to earn my degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2010.
Before launching Concierge Wealth Management, I spent several years as a Senior Financial Advisor and Franchise Owner at American Express Financial Advisors, now Ameriprise. That time taught me what clients really need: clear advice, custom strategies, and someone who listens. I built Concierge to deliver exactly that, without the pressure of pushing products or meeting quotas.
Today, I work primarily with high-income professionals, families, and business owners in their 30s and 40s. Most of my clients are navigating complex financial decisions while growing their careers, managing equity comp, raising kids, and planning for the future.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m with my wife, Ariana, and our daughters, Jocelyn and Addison. We live in Needham, Massachusetts, along with our two doodles, Badger and Booker. I carve out time daily for a CrossFit workout and I’ve been a proud Celtics season ticket holder for over a decade. I also love food, live music, art, and staying involved with causes I believe in.

Dina is the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps everything running smoothly at Concierge Wealth Management. She’s your first stop for scheduling, paperwork, updating contact information or beneficiaries, and setting up contributions to your accounts. She also helps you get set up with AccountView and online access, so you’re always connected and in control.
With over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry and 15 years prior as an educator, Dina brings a unique blend of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving to every interaction. She has a long track record of supporting both clients and advisors with grace and precision. Whether she’s assisting with account updates, coordinating meetings, or managing logistics, Dina makes the process seamless and stress-free.
A fourth-generation Tampa native, Dina is a proud mom to her son, Nicholas, and their sweet Chihuahua, Tio Pepe. Outside the office, she enjoys family time, cooking, and the occasional tennis match.
